Oscillating motions for oscillating drives
Oscillating drives effect backwards and forwards motions on the output shaft, when the input shaft is turned.
The sequence of motion can be largely specified in accordance with the customer’s wishes.

rotoblock - oscillating drive
The MIKSCH rotoblock oscillating drive is based on the same constructional principles as the index drive – a globoid cam. The input axis is rectangular to the output axis.
Standard oscillating angle: max. 120°
Cycles/min: up to 1.000
Torque: up to 10.000 Nm
Design: as installation kit or housed unit with and without drive

CF3 - oscillating drive
The basis of the MIKSCH CF3 oscillating drive is the design of the CF3 index drive, a complementary disk cam with parallel arrangement of the input and output shaft.
Standard oscillating angle: max. 60°
Cycles/min: up to 1.000
Torque: up to 8.900 Nm
Design: as installation kit or housed unit with and without drive

Parts arranged on a circular segment are machined by a synchronously revolving tool, which moves to the end position and machines the next parts.
Level or spatial cam gear with oscillating output movements.
A continuously running section shall be cut into defined formats. To achieve this, the cutting device must have the same horizontal traversing speed during the cutting process to ensure that no relative movement to the section occurs.
To machine a product on a rotor running at constant speed, the tool must be moved at a specific angle with the same circumferential speed as the rotor. After the machining process has been completed, the tool is swivelled back to its starting position and a new work cycle follows.
